The father of Maurice Moss was briefly mentioned by his son twice in the series. The first time was when Moss tried to get away from an angry Jen, by stating he had gotten a text message that his father had killed someone and he needed to attend to it. The second was whilst he was trying to convince a psychiatrist to give him more therapy sessions. Moss said that he had had a dream in which he had given birth to his father, and then to his mother. As Moss only mentions that he lives with his mother, it can be presumed that Moss's father no longer lives with his wife or son.
