Nolan was introduced in Season 3 while Reynholm industries are going through a financial crisis due to Douglas's Cavalier behaviour, Nolan appears to be Douglas's right-hand man trying to hold the industry together. He was also the one who introduced Jen to the shareholders during her speech for winning employee of the month. He also handles any other announcements that have to be made to the staff. Nolan admits he doesn't know the difference between a laptop and "the larger one".
